The “Heart of North Scottsdale”

“The Heart of Scottsdale” is an area in North Scottsdale that is very popular to live in for both year-round residents and winter visitors alike. You’ll find an extensive array of communities and a wide variety of homes, condominiums and townhomes in all price ranges.

Geographically, this area commences from Indian Bend on the South up to Bell/Frank Lloyd Wright on the North. It extends from 56th Street on the west to Fountain Hills at the extreme east end.

What people like about this area is its proximity to everything that is Scottsdale and beyond. Do you need to commute? Access to and from state routes #101 and #51 are nearby. Is golf your game? Scottsdale Airpark Communities

If convenience and affordability are important to you then take a look at the North Scottsdale Airpark communities. These communities are located within minutes of the 101 Pima Freeway, shopping, dining, work, schools and recreational activities.

The Scottsdale Airpark is one of the Valley’s largest employment sectors. Almost 50,000 people are employed in an area that surrounds the City of Scottsdale’s Municipal Airport. It is projected that the Scottsdale Airpark will become the Valley’s leading employment area by 2010.
