My Mutual Client

When I receive referrals from other Realtors across the country I quickly respond to the referring agent and let them know my availability to work with the client.  I view the clients as mutual clients, not as a handoff.   My goal is to have the clients thank the referring agents for recommending them to me so that I might get additional referrals in the future.

Having a sound knowledge of real estate practices and years of expertise in utilizing those practices helps me meet your clients needs when you refer them to me.  I understand, for example, the critical need to communicate with the referring agent so that they aren't surprised in any way and have a constant comfort factor in their business arrangement with me.

I refer clients to Realtors in other locations often and will be pleased to provide you with references/testimonials in that regard.  Many people come to Arizona to enjoy our wonderful weather during the winter months when it is cold and icy back home.  They decide to move here and I refer them to competent Realtors in the cities they live in to sell their homes there so that they can come here and purchase a property through us.

Please consider referring your Client to a Realtor that has the experience and credentials to satisfy their needs in every way.

  • My experience in both real estate and in the Scottsdale/Phoenix housing markets.  I have a lot of years behind me serving Clients in this market and I enjoy it immensely.

  • They will have fun in addition to finding their home in the "Valley of the Sun".  I don't take myself too seriously, although I take my responsibility to my Clients very seriously.
