Maricopa County Currently Listed Homes - Decreasing

Maricopa County’s inventory of single family detached (SFD) homes for sale remained the same compared with the previous month of July. This now stands at 37048. The total of all current listings (homes, condos, etc) in all counties is now at 52,613, also no change from July. The peak number of homes for sale was last October when inventory hit 57,500.

Maricopa County Average Sales Price - Decreasing

The median sales price in July for a single family detached (SFD) home in all of Maricopa County dropped 26% from June of 2007. It now stands at $208,000, compared with $282,000 in July of 2007.

Maricopa County Home Sales – Increasing

Maricopa County home sales in July (4599) smashed the number of sales compiled in July of last year by 34% (3438) and increased by 5% over the previous month of June.
