South Scottsdale Currently Listed Homes – Decreasing

     South Scottsdale listing inventory decreased (3%) from the previous month. There are now 364 Single Family Detached (SFD) homes for sale, compared with 376 last month.

South Scottsdale Median Sales Price – Decreasing

     The median sales price in South Scottsdale now stands at $245,000, a decrease of 12% from last month ($277,000) and a decrease of 26% from one year ago. The (mean) average decreased from $458,000 one year ago to $324,000 in June. That is a 30% drop.

North Scottsdale Home Sales

South Scottsdale Homes Sales – Increasing

     July’s home sales in South Scottsdale (55) gained 12% compared with July of 2007 (49). This was an increase of 31% vs June the previous month.
