"I like having my morning coffee in the kitchen nook area, overlooking the backyard with all the shady trees. The neighbors are great: I feel completely comfortable letting my kids play at the neighbor's homes. There's a real community feel here. I love the central location to malls, freeways, and specialty food stores, like Whole Foods. The large lot, and the fact that it's a corner lot makes me feel like all our noise (piano, drums, electric guitar, late-nite teens and active little ones (we have had it all) aren't infringing on the neighbor's sense of privacy and quiet.
