Inside and outside, this home was almost 100% remodeled from a former owner/contractor doing the work for himself ~ it was his primary residence. The major footprint changes in the construction the owner made was expanding the garage to make it an oversized 3 car (almost 800 SqFt). He then added a 200 SqFt “Flex Room” behind the new addition. This is a split 4th bedroom, or utility/den, office, and it provides a separate backyard entrance. Further, he added a 400 amp service panel, and enlarged the covered patio to a 40’ x 10’ wide pillared covered patio. The entire home was then stuccoed. There is also an attached storage shed on the east side of the home along with a new RV gate.

Inside is delightful! The kitchen was opened up and the low hanging ceilings raised with recessed lighting. Rich stained cherry wood cabinets (with hidden hinges) includes pull-outs, a corner “lazy susan,” an appliance garage, and a spacious island with raised breakfast bar. The beautiful, light, and solid surface Avonite countertops are great! Stainless Steel appliances include a new refrigerator, smooth top stove, dishwasher and microwave.

All interior walls are smooth coated with rounded edges. Designer paints were added in 2007. Further enhancements include: Niches, lighting fixtures, a real wood burning fireplace with mantel, surround sound and patio wired, travertine floors in all traffic areas and the spacious dining room. All the original windows were replaced with dual glazing. Both bathrooms were beautifully redone.

A lot of attention was paid to the original landscaping, adding large and beautiful granite outcroppings, two mature shade trees, and a genuine flagstone walkway. In 2004, the pool and patio were completely redone. Tons of old cracked patio concrete were removed, new concrete and “Cool-Deck” restored. The pool was resurfaced, and all the pool equipment (including plumbing lines) was replaced new. Colorful foliage, including a new lawn, trees and lantana were added. It is lush. It is enjoyable.

Oh, and if this were not enough, great schools and terrific neighbors abound!!!
