Your Client Gateway is automatically kept updated by the MLS system.  Twice daily it checks to see if any additional properties have been listed that meet your search criteria or if any changes in price or status have occurred.  If so, you will receive an email letting you know about them.

Full MLS Information

Each property that meets your search criteria is shown with complete information as provided to the MLS by the Seller's Realtor.  Thus you see everything Realtors see about the property including all descriptions, photos and virtual tours if available.

Categorize Your Properties

You can categorize the listings on your Client Gateway such as "Favorite", "Possibility" or "Rejected" and even enter comments and notes on each one.

Search Criteria

Knowing where you want to live and the type of property is the first step.  Decide on your search criteria such as city, price range, number of bedrooms, minimum square feet, pool, number of levels, etc. and make a list for us.

Enter into MLS

Contact us at 480-473-9999 and we can quickly enter your search criteria into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as a new Client Gateway.  This just takes a few minutes.

Check Your Email

You will receive an email with a link to your personalized webpage with your Client Gateway showing all available properties that match your search criteria.  That's all there is to it.  And - every time a new property comes on the market that meets your criteria or a price change happens you will receive an email advising you to check your site (link included in the email).
